"Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway", written by Susan Jeffers, is a self-help book which  helps you to understand what fear really is and also provides a lot of techniques to conquering the fear and daring to taking actions.

What is your FEAR?

According to Susan Jeffers, in order to conquer your fears, you must first understand it. She described fear into 3 levels: External, Internal, and Real Fear, and mostly people only reach the first two levels of fear, but they tend to give up already.

More than this, Jeffers mentions that there are 2 parts existing inside us: Higher Self (positive) and Chatter Box (negative). Each becomes powerful, depending on how much you feed and give power to. And, sometimes people let the negativity control them, but they don't know that they have the power to choose and control over it back also. It's not all about how famous/rich/smart you are, to be positive, it's a matter of choice! It's how you choose to be one. It requires no talent, but you have to train your mind everyday.

We cannot escape the fear all the time, so we need to Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway!
