No, it doesn't work with Android. This device is an Apple Certified MFi License, it uses Apple Airtag technology, it works with Apple devices including iPhone, and iPad.

Make sure that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Location Services are turned ON. Then upon taking out of the box > pull the seal out(a bit hard) > open Find My app on your iPhone > item > add item > other supported item. Then the tracker will show up, you then can connect it.

Simply connect to the internet on your phone and open Find My app and navigate to item and you can find with the one that you name it.

Take out the battery, then put it back in until you hear a beep, repeat these steps 5 times, until you hear a longer beep indicating that it's fully reset. Now you're ready to reconnect it with your iPhone.

The device is designed for personal items, not for tracking people or someone else's property. In fact, using this device to track people without consent is illegal.

If the device that isn't registered to your account is detected travelling with you over time, your iPhone will notify you. On iOS 14.5 or later, you'll see "Device Found Moving With You" alert on your lock screen.

Android users can't join the Find My network, but Apple offers a free Tracker Detect app in the Google Play Store. Tracker Detects scans for nearby Devices (and other Find My items) that have been separated from their owner. If it finds one, you can make that device play a sound to help locate it.

Yes. Location reporting is fully encrypted and anonymous. Each device is linked only to its owner's Apple ID -- nobody else (not even Apple) can see who the owner is or where the device is over time. In short, only you (and anyone you share the tracker with) can see its location in the Find My app.

The device requires an Apple device with the Find My app. Specifically, it needs an iPhone or iPod touch running iOS 14.5 or later, or an iPad with iPadOS 14.5 or later.

The device is tied to the Apple ID that you set it up with. It won't allow others to reset and connect to a different account. In case you want to change your account, you have to remove the device from your account first.

You can share one GooTag with up to 5 other Apple IDs, meaning a total of 6 people (you + 5 others) can use the same GooTag.

It works Worldwide (Globally), as long as any iPhone, iPad, or Mac passes near it. Which in most cases, there will be.

This device itself does not use internet but if you need to find its location your phone must be connected to internet.

If you use it well, it should last at least 3 years or more. There's no expiry to the device itself. For battery life, it will last 6 months, and you can always change it easily for another 6 months and so on.

No, you don't need to install any app. The device uses Apple Find My app, which is already pre-install on iPhone and iPad.

We need to use an Apple account which is Apple ID. Sample Apple ID you use to download apps on iPhone/iPad.

Yes, by default the device to alert notification on your iPhone. You have the option to turn off the notification though.

The device uses Bluetooth + Apple's Find My network, so it only works when near other Apple devices. It doesn't need a sim card or internet. For GPS, it uses satellites and mobile data to work almost anywhere with sky visibility, even with no people nearby.

Any accessories that work with Apple Airtag will work well with our device.

As long as it's not damaged by external usage, we will check and replace if the device is dysfunctional on its own.

No, it's not explosive. It doesn't have any fuel, pressurized gas, or chemical setup that can combust. The only thing inside that could pose a small hazard is the CR2032 lithium coin cell battery, but it won't be any big explosion.
